Hire options as a mobile bar
At the TrinkBar, we understand that every event is unique, and we're dedicated to offering options tailored to your specific needs, guests, and budget.
Our pricing is flexible, taking into account factors such as the number of guests, distance to travel, and duration of service. Simply share the details of your event with us, and we'll provide a customized quote for your consideration.
Typically, the TrinkBar comes equipped with one skilled bartender. However, for larger gatherings exceeding 40 guests or when serving cocktails, we recommend the addition of an extra bartender at a rate of $60 per hour.

Cash Bar
We bring the fully equipped TrinkBar and set it up. Your guests can order drinks from our menu and pay as you go. Beverages can be preselected/ limited by you in order to speed up service. That is very useful with cocktails. EFTPOS and a self serve option for fresh water will be provided.

Pre Paid Bar
Just like option 1 but with a set amount of money on a bar tab. When that has run out, you can top it up or your guests can pay as you go. Conditions apply.

Dry Hire
We bring the TrinkBar incl. two bartenders and set it up. You supply the beverages and we will serve your guests for 6 hours. Additional hours $120. We can assist you in finding the suitable range of beverages and help you buying at wholesale prices.
Hire option as a coffee van
If you're the organizer of a market, a show or any other large event where coffee is an option, The Trinkbar can be booked and operates like any other food van.
