Licence
For events held on private premises where alcohol is supplied by you, there's no need for you to obtain an alcohol license. We' can help you with selecting and procuring the perfect beverages for your occasion.
Rest assured, the TrinkBar is licensed to sell alcohol at pre-booked functions, ensuring a seamless experience for your guests.
Please note that if your event takes place on public or municipal land, permits are necessary and must be acquired by you. We're more than happy to provide guidance on this process if needed.

Rubbish
Ensuring a clean and tidy environment is important to us. Please ensure there are an adequate number of rubbish bins, recycling containers, or similar receptacles available for the disposal of rubbish and empties during your event.
Please note that while the TrinkBar is not responsible for the removal of empty bottles, boxes, etc., following the event, we can arrange this service for you at an additional cost if needed. Let us know if you require assistance in organizing post-event cleanup—we're here to help!

Power and Water
Water and electricity are essential for the smooth operation of our services. While an ideal setup includes access to a 15 amp outlet and water supply, we understand that this may not always be available locally.
In such cases, we're prepared to bring our own water supply and even provide a generator for electricity if necessary. Please inform us at the time of booking if these amenities are required, so we can include them in your quote accordingly. Your convenience is our priority!

Travel
The TrinkBar is centrally located in Castlemaine, Central Victoria, making it convenient for events in the surrounding areas. For trips within a one-hour radius, transportation is included in the rental price. However, for events requiring travel beyond this radius, we charge an additional $125 for each extra hour.
For travel times exceeding three hours, we may need to arrange accommodation, incurring an additional fee of up to $300 per person. Rest assured, we're committed to ensuring your event is a success, no matter the distance.

Table Service
Our standard practice does not include table service, as we believe it encourages a more interactive atmosphere, allowing your guests to mingle freely with one another. However, this approach also helps to keep costs down without compromising on the quality of service.
Instead, our team will be roving around to efficiently collect empty glasses and bottles throughout the event, ensuring a clean and enjoyable experience for all attendees. If you have any specific preferences regarding service, please feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Cool Room
While we don't have a cool room available, we highly recommend considering one for events with 50-60 or more guests. This ensures beverages stay refreshingly chilled throughout the duration of your event, enhancing the overall experience for your guests.
Local hire shops often offer excellent options for cool room rentals, and we're more than happy to assist you in finding the best fit for your event. Simply let us know your requirements, and we can provide guidance and support in securing the ideal cool room for your needs.

Glass Ware
At the TrinkBar, we prioritize the use of stemless wine glasses for your convenience and safety. This choice minimizes the risk of breakage or spillage, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for your guests.
For cocktails, we serve them in classic tumblers and highball glasses, providing a timeless presentation that complements the beverage. Additionally, Champagne is traditionally served in high stem flutes, adding an elegant touch to celebratory toasts and special moments.

Location
For events held on public land or any non-private property, it's essential to obtain the necessary permits and permissions from the local council or relevant authorities. These permits ensure compliance with regulations and help ensure the smooth execution of your event.
We recommend initiating the permit application process well in advance to allow sufficient time for approval. Our team is available to provide guidance and support throughout this process, ensuring your event meets all requirements and proceeds seamlessly.
